I like this GE refrigerator appliance. I like the fact that this model have more space on the side doors & that you can store taller bottles of items on the door shelves. It’s very convenient. It’s compartments are well spaced between shelves & extends out with closure so that items stay in tact and want fall between rods. It conveniently holds more Items, The things least like about this model is that the stainless steel holds finger print smudges and won’t fade. Another least liked thing is that the main compartment doesn’t get that cold, even on the recommended control temperature at “3”. The last thing, is that this particular refrigerator came with a white sticky indent type blemish which seemed to be a small defect in external bottom door of refrigerator.

I've had this maybe a month. The owners manual indicates that there will be a 'whir' when the fan is on. A whir that is super loud (IMO) and can be heard from another room. I had a tech come out to assess and he has ordered a new fan. But there is no guarantee that will resolve the problem.
Also some items in the freezer seemed to have thawed a bit, but perhaps that was user error. I will have to monitor the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
