Very basic and mediocre

Very inefficient design. The refigirator under the freezer is so low that you have to bend in half each time to get something. Shelves are too deep and to get something you have to make complex motions. No ice maker plastic tray is supplied. Cheap trick

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are so sorry to hear that your freezer is not keeping items frozen. Our best suggestion is to adjust your freezer temperature to a cooler setting. If adjusting your freezer temperature to a cooler setting does not resolve this issue, service will be needed.
You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We appreciate you choosing GE Appliances for your home, and we hope you are able to enjoy your new refrigerator for many years to come! - Adrian@GEA

Hello - Thank you so much for taking some time to connect and share your review. We really appreciate seeing how our appliances are performing.
We are glad to see that you are enjoying the features and spacious storage. You've definitely made a great choice for your home. The moisture you are noticing is likely from the defrost being blocked by something, this can cause the freezer to struggle to keep up with releasing the humidity.
If you are still noticing this issue persist after rearranging the freezer and everything, then we'd recommend getting one of our approved technicians out to check everything. You can schedule by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by visiting this link here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
Thanks again for connecting. We hope you have a great week. - Jonathon@GEA
