Many features are good such as temperature control and space. The interior lighting is disappointing as there are hard to see areas that are covered by articles when the refrigerator is full and by the "deli box" no matter whether it is located - side or middle. Also the crisper drawer is about an inch too short to accommodate a full celery stock easily. Also the bottom shelf is not practical - too low at bottom of door and too shallow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The overall value of this refrigerator is very good. We needed a specific size for this refrigerator to fit. It fir perfectly.

We purchased this item as a backup refrigerator for our basement. Our previous Whirlpool fridge lasted 21 years. We know G E makes fine products and hope this item lasts just as long.

Good for small spaces but noisy

This is a good fridge for small spaces; we didn't have room for anything larger. It's noisy; our previous 15 year old fridge was silent but this has a noisy fan that runs frequently. Our previous fridge was also stainless and didn't get as dirty as quickly as this one does; this one shows fingerprints and other smudges much more easily.

Perfect fridge for me. Was replacing a GE side by side fridge that had lasted about 20 years. Lots of space. Temp stays regulated. Lots of features. Like the fact that it has a deli drawer and gallon size area on the side. Love that the side panels are enclosed and nothing will fall out. Lots of freezer space. It is a little louder than I’m used to for a fridge but it’s really not a big deal. Made a perfect purchase!

I've had my refrigerator for about 3 weeks now. I love it! I am limited is space so I can't have anything fancy, however it looks nice and modern, most of all the freezer space is big!!! That's great!

simple refrigerator

the new unit has more usable space than our former larger side by side. The freezer is big and simple to use. The only drawback, for an old man is bending down to access the top shelf.
