Too noisy

After the delivery men plugged it in, we became aware of the drone-like noise coming from it. We realized it was working to get the box down to temperature and 10 hours later it stopped. I had many a refrigerator in my life, but they were not as noisy as this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - Thanks for sharing your experience. So sorry that your refrigerator is louder than expected. Our newer refrigerator models do sound different. You may hear a high pitched hum or pulsating sound, which is normal.
Check out the link here for a list of normal sounds your refrigerator may make: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=15901&_ga=2.180745637.347256702.1655130409-1494055081.1654541270

Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, though we truly hate to hear you’ve had issues with the water line leaking and your ice coming out in clumps. We know that must be worrying, and we’d like to assist.
Regarding the issue with clumping ice, you may want to make sure the freezer is at least ¾ full of food – ice clumping together is often caused by cubes melting slightly and refreezing together, and an adequate food load will help buffer warmth from the defrost cycle and prevent melting. A full ice bin can also cause clumping because the weight of the cubes on top can cause bottom cubes to fuse together; if that’s the case, you may want to discard clumped ice and check the bin to ensure it’s not building up too much.
For the water line leak, you might want to check the connections to see if they’re secure. We do have information on Installing the Water line starting on page 11 of the manual, if you need to review any information: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000478-2.pdf&_. We hope that information will be useful, but if you continue to have trouble with leaking or clumping and think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm .
If you have any other concerns or questions, we are happy to offer assistance any time. We wish you all the best! -Sarah@GEA
