The refrigerator has a few design flaws. I am not very tall but have to almost get on my knees to see what is on the bottom 2 shelves. Also would have been nice if glass shelves were available. No real bells and whistles on it.
Old fridge was loud. Replace with this fridge runs quietly. The only complaint is the vegetable storage draws are curved in the back doesn’t hold much. Old fridge had square drawers that hold more vegetables.
This is all you need if you are not into whistles & bells! Basic design allows for plenty of freezer space. The fridge area is ample for a two person household with a weekly grocery haul. I like the simplicity of the design overall.
is an excellent product and I am glad I bought it the only problem I have is that GE does not offer a deli drawer like in most fridges and that is the only disappointment so be careful when you are shopping for a new fridge
Solid performance after two months of use. Freezer size is more than adequate, and having a shelf is new to me and a welcome addition. Refrigerator space seems merely adequate compared to freezer space, although this was an online purchase and not properly visualizing the space is on me. The dimensions are very clearly listed, so no real issues there. It has required running at a higher setting than the recommended one (4 instead of 3) to keep dairy below 40 degrees, which I hope doesn’t shorten its lifespan. That's the only potential shortcoming I've come across. It runs rather quietly. Doors swing freely and seal fully when closed. Quite pleased so far.
