[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator about 4 months ago and it’s a great refrigerator. Both the refrigerator area and freezer compartment are very spacious. It’s very easy to organize the food so that I can readily see exactly what I need without digging around and moving things. The food is kept nice and cold and the ice is made pretty quickly. The refrigerator itself is beautiful and makes a statement in my kitchen.

Great refrigerator when it worked for 13 months.

Bought this fridge a little over a year ago. Sold on the signature brand. After 13 months it will no longer stay cold, produce ice or keep ice cream frozen. Signature support has not been able to locate a qualified service tech to repair. Going on 3 weeks without a fridge. Cannot recommend this brand

Beautiful design but defective inner construction.

Unfortunately, my refrigerator had a recalled compressor unit. At or about the 2 year anniversary it broke down. The compressor was replaced but unfortunately, it never cooled again. Additionally, the circuitry also became defective. I was forced to claim a replacement for the unit.

GREAT BUT HAS PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR OPENING

I got the refrigerator as a replacement because mt old one quit working. I brought this model because of the advanced features and technology. It has performed as expected except for the left side door. Sometimes I have to open the left side door first because it hangs up on the right side door. I checked the alignment and thats not the problem. It seems to be the inside door flapper that swings out inside the refrigerator .WELL THAT FLAP HANGS UP ON THE RIGHT DOOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks Great! However, Came with manufacturer's defect (stain on glass window door along with storage bin bending pin, indent on lower right freezer door, Pictures Attached). Freezer Design with sliding cabinets waste storage space and increase reliability longevity. Uses the OLD refrigerant, not the latest eco friendly type. Wifi connection and monitoring of filters (Water & Air) through App, misleading and useless. These Defects don't warrant the VERY Expensive Price. LG should either fix-replace these manufacturer's defects or refund us partial cost to keep unit as is. See attached Pics.

4 DOOR IDEA IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT !!

My only criticism is they left out the dairy & deli drawers ? And that silly clear view door is really completely useless. I would have rather had a compartment for my butter & my deli meat & cheese.
