Great set: fun for play and for show

I am a LEGO parent and fan since I was a kid but this is the first set I bought for myself since I was young. I love the GT-R in real life so I was really interested in building this set. It took a little longer to build than I expected but that was partially because I was particular about getting the decals on perfectly. While my kids (early elementary ages) probably don’t appreciate the sticker placement they sure do love to play with the finished car...I do too! I read some of the reviews about this being out of scale with the rest of the mini figs, it’s probably true but this car fits right in with our very eclectic LEGO city!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't give it a perfect score since the steering wheel is offset. Other than that, this is a great set. Fun build, gorgeous car. Recommended purchase.

I like this Nissan GTR lego set. It has nice design with the stickers and the fact that it can fit two LEGO people instead of only one. The size is better as well.

This is one of the first eight stud wide speed champion sets I had purchased. The newer scale is much better than the previous in my opinion and the building techniques for the Nissan are just insane.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice looking car. Fun build

This was a fun build, one of easier Speed Champions cars. It's got great details, and incredible colors. Red & black with white on the overall color scheme.
Painted the rims flat white, with silver rims on the outside. Added some color pieces coordinated to give the car clean
finished lines.
Overall this was a fun build. Used Windex for some of the stickers, some without because the bricks were slightly rounded and the Windex caused the stickers not to stick.
Included a picture with some added pieces and painted wheels.
