Good But Lacking Another Supercar

I really love the vehicle builds but the reason I didn't give this set 5 stars was the Urus. I have no idea why Lego chose to put an Urus. If an Aventador/Veneno/Centenario was included it would be an amazing set but the Urus feels blocky and doesn't realy fit the super trofeo in a race. The Huracan is awesome and a can't say anything bad about it. Its a good set but I wish another super car came with it.

The Lamborghini Urus ST-X and Huracán Super Trofeo EVO was my first Speed Champions purchase, and I had so much fun with the build, I cannot wait to purchase another model! Thank you, LEGO and Lamborghini, for bringing together two of my favorite things on the planet!

Could be better...

I bought the set strictly for the Lamborghini Huracán. I wasn't too interested in the Urus being that this is a Speed Champions themed set. An SUV regsrdless of auto manufacturer doesn't exactly scream "Speed". In comparison the Urus is kind of an eye sore compared to all the other great Speed Champions sets. It's big, bulky and looks like any other slow moving SUV.

Too crammed in the cockpit

So I've just built the green Lamborghini Urus(my 3rd set from new line up) and for being such a big SUV/Crossover the driver is just crammed in such a small cockpit. Even when the driver is wearing the racing helmet, it's still such a tight fit. Doesn't make it very playable, more like a display piece. I've bought the Nissan GTR(2door coupe) and Jaguar(4door sedan) sets, and its the main complaint I have about them. Just feels like more pieces to cram in to get the piece count up but doesn't really help the build, functionality or accuracy. If the cars are gonna be bigger, then add more functionality or a more accurate build of the car. I unfortunately am not happy with the 2 seat direction Lego is going.

Better in Person!

I was going to get this set one way or another, but I was skeptical of a few things. On the Huracan, the transition from windshield to body was too sudden and not very smooth, I didn't like the amount of stickers, and the driver is pushed very far forward. On the Urus, I wanted more trunk space (it's a freaking SUV), and the front was too low in its race (ST-X) version, and the driver sits way too far forward like Huracan. In person however, they are awesome. None of the problems stated above were an issue for me. The windshield-body transition isn't really noticed, the amount of stickers on both is just fine and adds good detail, and the low trunk space is easily modified. The drivers still sit far forward, but like the wheels protruding on the body work for the Urus, they just don't bother me in person. I think it is funny that the same controversial color pieces of the new technic Sian is common on the Urus... and yes, some pieces are discolored. I would have preferred street versions of both, but in the end the final product is great, and I'm glad to put these on my shelves.

Wrong Scale

I am very into cars and love the Speed Champion series. I was exited to see they finally bright a Lamborghini in to the series to go with the supper cars I have been collecting. Unfortunately that had to go change the size of the cars. Now it dose not go with the rest of my collection. Sadly I am probably going to give this one to my kids to play with and stop collecting the Speed Campions unless they go back to the original scale so they all go together.
