Helicopter Non-Functional

I have to echo the other review, the helicopter is simply non-functional. It spins out of control and doesn’t really fly.
Very disappointing as the truck and trailer are all very nice. I simply cant believe LEGO didn’t test these with actual children before going to market.
Please conduct better quality and functional testing before releasing.

Disappointing. Does not fly

As a child, I loved playing Lego with my broter and father. Lego is awesome and has brougt many years of joy. However, this set is simply Disappointing. The helicopter does not fly. It actuly 'flys' better if you just throw it up into the air, like you would with a ball.

My 5-year-old son eagerly anticipated this set. He waited days for the post office to deliver it. He told everyone about it.
It finally came, and while he had fun and was able to build it independently, no one in our house could get it to fly the way the video and ads demonstrated. He was really bummed. I hurt my hand trying to pull the cord fast enough.
I’m sure based on the above reviews, Lego will reply and say I should watch the video for tips and tricks. I did. Still failure to launch.
Buyer beware and let your kids know to lower their expectations.

Cheap Junk

This set is pure crap. The helicopter cannot fly. It is WAY OVERPRICED. This set does not even begin to compare to the mobile command center. The robber car is very small, and the police transporter is cheap crap.

Falls Apart

The design of it is poor. While the helicopter mechanics are clearly an attempt to do something new, there was a failure to build the trailer with a solid design. The back continually falls apart as it only has a small part connecting its frame.

Hi there. If your set ever seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together.

This set is alright. I thought the helicopter if fun, only works alright, not horrible. The transporter is very big, and easy to build. Overall not bad!

I am sincerely disappointed in this lego set. I haven't ever seen a child so disappointed in lego ever. Heliflopter is how I would rename this set.

Disappointing, does not fly

I would not recommend this to anyone. My son saved his money and bought on his own and I'm sad I let him. The helicopter does not fly and completely defeats the entire point of this build. There are plenty of other helicopters available that don't fly that are more than interesting to build. This is a pretty boring build with a product that doesn't work as you think it will. Extremely disappointed with this Lego product. I expect better.
