Awesome Design
on March 1, 2020
Posted by: EvoObsessed
I absolutely love my Lego Quattro S1, its 80s boxy design fits well with the LEGO design, almost as if its an actual scale model. I hope you guys would do more Group B cars in the future like the Lancia Delta S4, MG Metro, RS200. Two flaws of this design is the lack of a rally codriver and awkward position of the driver to fit in the car.

Beautiful kit, big upgrade, but missing parts
on January 19, 2020
Posted by: LawrenceJ
I had been excited about this kit from when it was announced, the 8-stud wide build is far superior to the previous offerings. However, I was disappointed to find that a fundamental piece was missing from the box and not even available in the Lego “missing pieces” portal as it’s supposedly out of stock. Quite disappointing with a brand new kit.

Definitely an upgrade! We're sorry to hear about the missing piece. You've done the right thing by checking with our brick service. Could you please get in touch at www.LEGO.build/Service? We'd like to do all we can to get you back to building so you can finish your awesome Audi Sport. :)

Reliving my youth
on June 22, 2020
Posted by: Hesed2020
Back in high school, Audi Quattros were my favorite cars. This stubby race version was the ultimate rally version back in the day. So out of left field that Lego would chose to make a set of one but one that I happily bought the first day it was available. It's a better car than most of the Lego attempts at real cars, in that many just don't look like the cars that they represent. Kids are not going to get what this car is but Gen X'ers like me love the chance to reconnect with the "it" cars of my youth. Fun to build, nice detailing with the rally stickers, love the lights and the wheel options.

Minifig does NOT fit in the car
on January 11, 2020
Posted by: Hollister
I finished the car and put the set's given minifig in the car. It did not fit (Same for passenger side). The roof will not close. The only way to barley get it to fit I have to nearly break off the visor part of the helmet and lift the arm up to the max.

Thanks for your review. Your minifigure should fit into your car A-Okay. If the roof isn't going back on afterwards, that might be a sign that something's a little off - maybe he's not sitting flush with the bottom of the car, or maybe the parts that hold the roof up are out of alignment.

For help troubleshooting the build, you can get in touch at LEGO.build/Service.

Neat, trouble fitting girl hair
on December 13, 2020

Docked because roof doesn’t close if either of two minifigs wears girl hair. Closes fine with boy hair or helmet. Removed the two 1x2 gray blocks from the seat backs and dropped the curved blocks down (lowered the seat backs). This allowed minifigs to recline and rock their hair out. Door side arm of minifigs has to be down to fit windshield. Otherwise the kiddos love the two seaters over the one seaters.

Good Set but Needs Some Zoom-zoom :)

Love the set and the build. My only comment/recommendation is that since this is a racing car that it should have a motor.
I get that this in not an advanced set, and I am not suggesting that it have working cylinders or a drivetrain, but it could use a few more bricks to represent and give the visualization of a motor. This holds true for the other cars in the series as well (Nissan, Ferrari, etc.).
Also, it night be nice to have a hauler too ;)

Legendary Set for a Legendary Car
on January 7, 2020
Posted by: ZiaPilot
Absolutely love this set. The details are great and it truly captures the look of the car. Much better proportions than previous Speed Champions sets now that the cars are wider. The only thing this set is missing is a co-driver! There's room in the cockpit and surely anyone who follows rally knows how integral to the sport the co-drivers are! As others have said, I would love to see many more Group B, Group A and WRC cars in the future from LEGO.
