Slow and glitchy

Super slow computer. Takes forever to start up, even longer to open up an app or program, and often freezes. I literally just got it and the only programs installed were MS Office so this is a slow computer out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

had to return unfortunately, unit was so under powered it wasn't able to even start a zoom meeting in under 10 minutes. Further the fingerprint scanner didn't work for log ins.

Love the look of it and its a good size. Great graphics, but gets pretty slow often and not good with multitasking or switching between things. Slowest lenovo thinkpad laptop I've bought so far.

Very Disappointing!!!

Very disappointing. I purchased this for my son, because I use a Lenovo at work, and really like it. But this one arrived and was barely functioning. I had to spend an hour or more on phone trees to get assistance form a tech who helped to install critical updates. The laptop still seemed very slow to start and load, but the explanation I received was that the Norton protection (which was offered and purchased with the laptop) was likely the problem. I don’t think it is the only problem. The laptop functions now, but it’s speed is inconsistent when starting or opening applications (sometimes as expected and sometimes very slowly) and it sometimes restarts on its own when trying to power on. This is definitely not what I was expecting for the price I paid or from a company like Lenovo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to find, buy and set-up

I bought my laptop just before Christmas. There was a slight delay in shipping, but I was kept informed of each stage (arrived undamaged and well packaged). It was easy to set up on my own (I'm not a very technical person so that says a lot). Its very fast and runs quietly compared to laptops I've had in the past. Only downside is the heat gets generated at the bottom of the laptop and I have noticed it gets a bit too warm to use directly on my lap. Otherwise absolutely love it!
