Best flat iron yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had and have been using this flat iron for about a week and I am in love! I have very little hair left after an illness and this works REALLY well to slick and straighten my new baby hairs. Here are my thoughts:
PROS:
Cordless:
I was traveling with my husband this weekend and it was nice to not have to worry about where I am going to plug in the flat iron. When it got crowded in the hotel bathroom, I just moved to another mirror, without have to worry if there was a plug nearby!

Lightweight:
Because there is no plug, this iron is super light. No more arms getting tired trying to straighten the back of your hair.

Auto Shutoff:
I like this feature because 1) it saves battery and 2) I'm all about safety. It does not take a lot of time to get hot, so don't leave it too long, or it will shut off (15 mins).

Locking Mechanism and heat resistant pouch:
The iron has a 'lock' to keep it closed and compact. I leave it locked while it's warming up and it keeps the iron from falling over. I let the iron cool off a bit before putting it away, but the pouch is heat resistant, so I don't worry about it melting or having a hole burn in it!

Cons:
I really don't have many cons, but I feel like perhaps I was expecting the charge to last longer. I have only charged it twice (when I first opened it and one other time in a week...used it every day). I don't have a lot of hair, so I don't need to use it for long. I was hoping it would last a little longer.

Overall, I highly recommend this flat iron. It's convenient and works really well. It would be perfect to throw in your gym bag for a quick fix after a workout. I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space due to no cord.

Love the cordless feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Conair Unbound Cordless Flat iron. The flat iron has a 1 inch titanium flat plate and has 4 heat settings: 280, 320, 360, or 400. I have super thick hair, so I had to use 400. The cordless flat iron comes with a charger cord, a heat-resistant pouch to store your flat iron, and comes in a rather nice looking box that latches close with magnets.
The flat iron is a pretty pinkish purple color that is very subtle. The control buttons to change the temp and turn on/off the flat iron is on the inside of the flat iron. Once the flat iron is on, you can see the temp lit up in LED light numbers of the temp that you have it set up for on the outside of the flat iron.
In order to use the flat iron, you should first charge it for at least 3 hours. The direction recommend charging it every 3 months to prolong battery life even if you aren't using it. On a full charge, the flat iron is supposed to last up to 25 mins and does have an auto shut off feature if it's on for 15 mins or more.
When using the Conair Unbound Cordless Flat iron, I think it is definitely better than other flat iron that I have used. I love that its cordless, has 4 temp settings, and that it has an auto shut off after 15 mins. I love knowing that because its cordless, I can bring it with me to do my hair at work, if I am running late. The flat iron is just the right size to fit into my tote bag. Also, I'm a little forgetful, so I think its great that there is an auto shut off after 15 mins. I would never want to forget and melt something down. That is one of my worst fears.
I would totally recommend this product to my friends and family. In the past, I would always get so frustrated because of the cords getting twisted and not being close enough to the outlet. Now, those frustrations are a thing of the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant really say the Conair Unbound Cordless flat iron is better than my usual flat iron except for the cordless part.That is the best thing about this flat iron,no dangling cord always me to be in better control.I will definitely use it because of that.

Cordless, Sleek Flat Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Conair has done a amazing job with this flat iron. My favorite feature is that it is cordless! Which makes packing for trips easier not to mention less clutter in the bathroom! It can go up to 400 degrees. It has a safety feature that if you leave it on more than 15 min, it will automatically shut off. (which I love too). It works great on my fine hair. I have used this for a week and I have loved the results. I would highly recommend!

Unlike other ones I've used, they didn't burn my hair. I didn't even have to use any hair products(grease, hair spray, ect.) afterwards. I love these flatirons so much along with the heat resistance pouch it came with. I'd recommend these and give them 10 stars if i could

Like that it's cordless & charges up fast
And it doesn't pull my hair or get hot compared to the hot iron I have. Wish the the charge time was longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very fine and thin hair. I never found a hair straightener that I liked. First, there is no cord on ce you charge this and you charge it like your phone (USB). It has temperature control settings that are a huge plus for thin hair. I used it for the first time today and made waves by wrapping my hair around it. Then I straightened my hair. It works so well for both. Lastly the bag to store it in is heat resistant and cute.

Straightens my hair within seconds, without that burning smell of lower end flat irons. My hair is done in half the time without half the damage! And it's cordless! What more could you ask for?!
