Beautiful case but within 48 hours a bubble appeared and it did not work with my wireless charger. Customer service was amazing and made things right.

This is the second waterfall

This is the second waterfall case that has leaked. Both times messing the functions of my smart phone. Not happy since a case is to protect from damage not cause damage.

Leaked on my phone

I bought this case for my iphone 11 and it was nice for a few months and then one day my screen had discoloration and the rear camera had issues focusing. The seal on the case broke and leaked on my phone. I am currently talking with customer support who is just saying “sorry”, is offering a new case, and is offering to cover a small portion of the repairs. In my opinion if a device meant to protect my phone ends up breaking it instead it shouldn’t even be on the market without covering all damages.

I love this case - the design and protection is great, but the backside is so thick it won't charge on my wireless charger... Boo!
