LEDs flicker

Purchased this 90 days ago after an earlier model stopped working. This new dimmer causes my LED ceiling lights to flicker so I removed it and placed an old spare switch with no dimming. These things are expensive - I wish they would just work instead of needing troubleshooting or return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Smart Dimmer

Z wave smart dimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Z-Wave Plus In-Wall Smart Dimmer is a awesome improvement that you can do for your smart home. A z wave hub is needed but overall it was a very easy install. Just follow instructions and make sure to power down which ever switch you are doing install on prior. What's nice is I'm able to control the light with my voice or with the smart app. Also since we have a compatible alarm servicer we can control from their app as well. Definitely a must have for any smart home!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Z-Wave Plus In-Wall Smart Dimme White and Light Almond Paddles are really nice. I really like that this product is compatible with Alexa. This product and Alexa can work together to control lighting at certain times just with the sound of your voice which is so convenient. Side not it also can work with Google assistant. The install is very simple to do. I really like that also that it can control lighting outside as well up to 150ft! I would definitely recommend this product.

Could be useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll preface my review by stating that I'm slowing easing into the whole smart home way of life. Having that said, some of my hesitation in providing a stellar review is likely somewhat skewed due to my gradual learning curve. As with most items similar to this switch, you need additional apps, hubs, and/or hardware for it to function as it is designed to do. Once the technical aspects are figured out, though, it's a nice addition to any smart home...or a learning home that isn't quite smart yet, as is the case with mine. Initial quality seems to be on par with what I expected and it functions as-expected. For me, however, I honestly don't know how often I will use the smart features and capabilities of this switch compared to a traditional unit. I'm sure there are others out there for which this was designed that will clearly appreciate its benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to do some crazy work arounds to get this to work on a iPhone, and it's not ideal. But, if you don't use iphone or you're willing to put up with it, this is a fantastic smart switch. First, I have about 12 smart bulbs in my home, but I have to always leave the switch on or else the smart features are useless. This circumvents that problem, which is huge.
Only downside is that sometimes you don't have a single socket, or a face plate that has four paddle switches. So, depending on where you want to use this, you may have to do some other installation and accessorizing.

Pretty convenient. The 3-way function is also very convenient. Not giving it 5 stars because of some minor clicking.

Great zwave switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install of the switch was simplified with the quick connect for wiring, they can be used in a 3 way configuration or a single location. My hub recognized the switch right away, very easy to get connected to the hub. Make sure you have a z-wave compatible hub these switches are not stand alone wifi switches, comes with extra paddle light almond if needed to match decor. dims my led bulbs real low with no flickering what so ever and no humming. Over all very happy with these switches have a few in my house and have not had any problems with random disconnection.
