Works as advertised, fast setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for several weeks and it's continually worked as advertised. I connected to a living room lamp and the setup was pretty quick. Had to download an app but it works well and the WiFi setup was surprisingly quick. I think I'll probably move it to an attic where there is a hard-to-reach light switch and I'll be able to turn a lamp on with my phone.

Love this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little apprehensive to get one of these smart plug cuz they seemed a little excessive but honestly I love being able to turn my lamp on and off by talking to Alexa. The set up was very straightforward and there were no issues or confusion.

Just plug in your outlet , download the app , follow easy instructions and before you know it you can control one device in your home. Have your lights come on if you can make it home before dark ,or om a extended trip . Easy to use and set up . Very stuffy will last fofoe years. Very small to use anywhere.

Works Great, and Improves Safety for My Family.

My front door leads into my living room.... which does not have any overhead lighting, or any plugs/ switches near the door. The result is that if I forget to turn a light on before I leave, and come home after dark.... I typically have to stumble through the dark to reach a light. I no longer have to deal with that. This smart plug enables me to turn a lamp on remotely with my phone, and to even set a timer on it. I have turned the light on from my car in the driveway several times now, and also love the timer feature. Through the app you can set a timer.... which is a great way to light up the front of my house to make it appear we are home. This will especially be handy with upcoming holiday travels.
The set-up was very easy. I just plugged it in, and loaded the app on my phone. I was surprised at how simple it was. Overall this plug works great, and improves safety for my family.....so I am very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's nice to be able to turn the light in the house when I'm away from home and not have to remember to turn on the light before i leave the house when it isn't dark yet. Also if I go on vacation i can set it to automatically turn on and off at the times that i want.

Indoor lighting timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I got this indoor timer right in time for the holidays! It is easy to use once the app is downloaded. I cannot wait to decorate my Christmas tree and have a timer to control it. It will be so much easier than remembering to plug and unplug them every night and morning.
