Love the temp tracker!

The directions were a little tricky or maybe I just needed pictures to help turning the slow cooker on. Figured it out and we were all set. The chicken came out moist and delicious. I really look forward to making a whole lot more with this slow cooker. Super easy to clean and convenient storage for temp tracker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach Advanced Temp Tracker™ Slow Cooker (MODEL 33867) has many features and is perfect when cooking a 6-lb Chicken or a 4-lb Roast.
This oval 6-Qt Slow Cooker includes a Temperature Sensor Probe which stores within the glass lid’s handle. Securing the probe through the lid’s handle is easy since one side of the handle is made to view the storing process of the probe.
The glass lid has a gasket seal and is equipped with three separate probe holes for accurate temperature readings (An additional probe insert is located on the crock).
Another key attribute to this Slow Cooker are the two side handles which provide locking wire clips to firmly hold the lid in place while traveling (Never clip lid when storing unit / Always store unit with lid ajar).
The outside of the Control Panel/Display has the probe jack and three control buttons CANCEL, KEEP WARM, HOLD TEMP. When the unit is turned on the display will show three cook settings LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH all of which have a programming time for up to 24 hours.
Finally, the words “Hot Surface” are printed on the outside of the Slow Cooker for those who may be new to the kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very easy to use. I like that you can select the cooking / temp modes, auto switch to keep warm when cooking is done. With the temp mode and probe sensor you know that the meats are cooked thoroughly.

It didn't overcook it and then went to warm when it was done. I also tried just the slow cooker feature and this also worked great. This is a nice addition to my appliances.

What's not to love?!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous experiences with slow cookers is that they have a hard time maintaining consistent temperatures and they are impossible to clean. After using the Hamilton Beach Temp Tracker Slowcooker, my mind has been completely changed! What's not to love? This slow cooker's ability to maintain accurate temperatures, leads to the perfectly cooked meal. No more burned or dried-out food. It's also remarkably easy to clean and dishwasher safe. One of the features I like best is the clip-tight lid. So often we transport our cooker, and this ensures that the lid stays on securely without spills. This one gets a double thumbs up from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hamliton beach temp tracker slow cooker is so great I really loved how easy this is to use and I always cook while I’m not home and now I can set the timer to cook when I’m not there and come home to a great meal and I like that it switches to keep warm when it’s done and the screen lights up a nice blue it’s very nice looking and super easy to use I like the temperature probe so now I always know when my meat is done it’s very convenient and modern looking it’s working great I love it and I definitely recommend this crockpot it’s made my life
easier that’s for sure And it has heated the food perfectly and evenly and I love the lid it’s got a great nice big handle and a place to keep the temperature probe when not in use it makes it very convenient I love having a digital crockpot if it makes my dinners go more smoothly then I’m all for it.

This Slow-Cooker Does It ALL!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My name is Bob and I am a Slow Cooker HOARDER (I now have 5). Many of these will be leaving my house as the "Temp Tracker Slowcooker" does everything. It works at every temp setting -- Warm, Low, Med, High, Temp Mode (w/probe) and even has Sous Vide settings. The controls are incredibly simple and intuitive with just a knob and a screen. Everything is clearly explained in the manual, as well.
The construction is great. It has a ceramic liner (the only ones I'll use) with easily grabbed tabs. The lid has 3 probe insertion holes, a thick gasket and a locking handle. That handle and the locking mechanism is the sturdiest setup I have yet to encounter and it includes a great probe storage spot.
So far I have cooked a whole Chuck Roast and a Kielbasa/Cabbage/White Bean stew. They both came out perfectly and I can't wait to try Sous Vide cooking.
As I mentioned above, come on over if you want a free Slow Cooker. I'm getting rid of 3 of my 5. I'm only keeping my 4qt model, since there's only 2 of us.

Over past week, used advanced temp tracker slow cooker. A set-it-and-forget-it slow cooker that surpasses standard slow cookers and rivals more expensive ones.
Read the accompanying manual for suggested temperatures and times for foods to avoid over- or under-cooking.
PROs
On upper-left front stainless steel exterior are the words, "Hot Surface" to alert user that exterior becomes quite hot during cooking, due to interior heating elements.
6-QT capacity holds large poultry (up to 6 LBs) or roast (up to 4 LBs).
Tight-fitting lid has a slim rubber gasket that seals lid securely while cooking.
Tiny vents on lid's top allow steam to escape, as food cooks.
Three holes in lid to insert temp probe in meat for best location.
Lid lock features two clamps to hold lid in place for easy transport. Do not use clamps while cooking, however.
Easy carrying handle on lid.
Heavy and sturdy, glazed black ceramic interior pot is easy to clean and is dishwasher-safe.
Electrical cord, ~3 ft long, wraps and stores on bottom to eliminate safety hazard of a long, dangling cord. May likely be a "con" for those whose walls are not equipped with electrical outlets along countertop.
Digital display provides current internal temp and target temp when using manual probe.
Digital display is easy to operate.
Digital cook functions -- Low (slow simmer), Medium (warm enough for serving food hot), High (steady simmer) may be used with or without manual temperature probe.
Three Temp modes (Temp, Keep Warm, and Hold Temp).
Temp mode uses integrated manual temp probe to cook food at a selected temperature. Minimizes chances of overcooking and ensures food safety when cooking beef, pork or poultry.
Automatically switches cooker to "keep warm" setting up to 24 hours once cooking temp is reached, but 8 hours is typical to avoid drying out food as well as food safety.
Used Hold Temp function to make homemade yogurt, fondue, cultured buttermilk, and even to bulk-proof bread dough.
Poached eggs and delicate sauces are also great on Hold Temp.
Hold Temp doubles as a sous vide function, which is fantastic and manual provides guidelines on correct water temp/time for different foods.
Love how it braises meats.
CONs
Digital display readout is a bit difficult to read in ambient light.
Display panel is plastic on front of unit. Unsure how long it may hold up, since unit's exterior becomes quite hot.
Temp probe is not long, so works well with large cuts of meat.
