One Pressure Cooker that has other purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not just a pressure cooker but also a slow cooker, instant pot, and the ability to saute, sear, and brown meats. You can steam vegetables. The menu on the front of the machine is easy to read as well as the easy to set timer. Steam release provides the ability to control steam away from your hands. A seperate pan and rack is easy to clean and also to lift items being cooked. The side is great for large purposes as well as small. I've made beef stew and used it to brown my meat before adding my broth and vegetables to cook. Definitely a five star item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who says that your pressure cooker has to be an Instant Pot? Not me! This Hamilton Beach Multi-function Pressure Cooker is an awesome product and it doesn't have a lot of the digital confusion that comes with some others. The size makes a great footprint on my kitchen counter and absolutely love the safety release valve button that is placed away from where the steam is released as I have always been a bit afraid of getting a steam burn. I made chili mac the other night and it was done all in the same pot and in less time it would have taken me otherwise. It was so delicious as if I had spent more time making it. This product is definitely one you will want to add to your kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is well made and the pot has a thick bottom for even heat and it comes with a rack, not all do. It is very easy to use and it looks great . And it doubles as a slow cooker that you can brown and saute in then build your meal with one pot .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the nicest of the 3 versions of Hamilton Beach's electric pressure cooker, with a stainless steel exterior finish and a stainless steel removable cooking vessel. The slightly tapered profile (broader at bottom than top) is stable on the counter, and the pressure release button on the handle keeps one's hand well away from the hot steam being released from the vent. I especially liked how easy the metal interior cooking vessel was to clean, even though it didn't have an non-stick surface and I wasn't able to use the cooking bags I normally use in my slow cooker.
There are no recipes included in the manual; however, most recipes written for electric pressure cookers will work just fine with the Hamilton Beach pressure cooker. Over the weekend, I prepared a batch of meatball stew using the appliance's slow cooker function, as well as BBQ ribs braised under pressure and finished in the oven, and both dishes came out fine. The Hamilton Beach pressure cooker does not include an air fryer function; however, I almost never use an air fryer, and prefer the smaller profile of a pressure cooker without an air fryer function.
This 6-quart size may seem a bit large for a small family, but the leftovers from a dish were still very tasty when reheated the next day - and for a larger family, you probably won't have leftovers! Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this last week and was excited to see just how it works. I ran a test run on it before I cooked anything, it done great. So I decided to cook a pork roast with potatoes and carrots. I looked for some recipes that came with the Pressure Cooker there were none. So I went and looked up some recipe's. Turned out really good, it cooked alot faster than normal cooking. Can be used in Slow cook on low, medium or high. I gave it a four star because it didn't come with recipes. If you have Pinterest app. then you have access to alot of recipe's!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve resisted the urge to purchase an electric pressure cooker. I remember the stove top ones and also remember witnessing one “blow” growing up. This pressure cooker far exceeded my expectations. It was on easy to use and once programmed required little to no supervision or worry. I cooked several things to gauge the convenience and quality from a rice dish to a roasted chicken. I was amazed how quickly a quality and tasteful meal could be made. The programmable format is easy to follow. My only suggestion is to more clearly define some of the directions in the manual for first time users. The first time I used this I had a hard time discerning whether or not I set it properly. Manual was a bit unclear in that regard as well as with cooking time recommendations.

Cooks delicious meals in a flash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since getting my Hamilton Beach 6 Quart multi function pressure cooker, I have been able to cook rice perfectly in 4 MINUTES yesss! A whole rack of ribs in 20 MINUTES what!! And steam corn on the cob in 5 MINUTES. That means that in less time then waiting for the delivery guy or going to pick up take out I had a perfect home cooked meal. There are so many meals and desserts that can be prepared in this Hamilton Beach 6 Quart multi function pressure cooker, the recipes possibilities are endless.
