Bought these four months ago, really enjoyed them but then the left bud stopped working and now slowly the right has also lost sound. It's a pity since up until this point they were really great

They're great, but made not to last.

Bought these last summer, and now within a year, only left plug is working. Have same experience with other companies. Just disappointing how vulnerable they are. Even though I only use them once or twice a day with great care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty solid headphones for the price. Use them for my console, and it’s given me no problems!

Horrible rubbing noise

I love my jbl bluetooth speakers, I have gifted several of them to friends and family.
I guess I was expecting a better product. But these are horrible, makes an extreme annoying rubbing noise, it sounds like a murmur when you dive underwater, I just can’t stand it, I tried it with various configurations even taped them fully to my shirt so there is no movement...but nothing solves it. I am not sure if I got a defective piece?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tips hard to change

Bought these yesterday, tried to change to smaller tips today for comfort and could not get smaller tips on. Tried to get medium ear tips back on and couldn't. Got tips from previous headset and they went on easily.

After 6 months Left Side Stopped Working

I bought this 6 months ago and was very impressed by its sound quality . I read the review before buying that one side of the headphones stops working after some time but still bought it anyways I was wrong one side the headphone does stop working after some time .

One ear going mute

I bought these headphones and after 8 months the one ear just went silent, mind you they're well taken care of (still have the box!). mighty disappointed cause I know I have to use my hard earned money to buy another pair of headphones
