Bad sound quality

I bought this because of the brand, but the sound quality is really bad compared to my samsung akg earphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great bass

I got these a few weeks ago for the gym and they sound great. I know there is better sounding ones out but for the price these are very well worth it. Hopefully the sauna doesn't mess them up.

Songs Keep Changing

Hello. Sound is great but songs keep changing despite I do not touch anything, especially if there is any movement. I checked it on scloud, spotify, youtube etc. keeps happening. Please help.

Overall a decent pair of earphones but noise of wobbly mic button is annoyingly disgusting, it's just terrifies me. Definitely should be fixed in future!

Disappointed!!!

I bought two pairs of these earphones around the same time (difference in times is one month apart purchase date). Only 3 months after purchase both my earphones don't work.
I have observed with the first pair I bought and used first as reference. The left side of the earphones ALWAYS dies first. This same thing happened to my second pair.
I am disappointed because JBL is a trusted brand, together with Harman. But the earphones hardly made it through a year. And somehow a victim like myself is tempted to make another purchase but the full enjoyment of the product is sapped out due to an expectancy of disappointment.
I am fully behind this product. However 3 months is too short of a time to succeed in ripping me off. Samsung standard earphones make it past 2 years.
I would most gladly like to be reimbursed or shown some concern over this issue. I am a music lover, and can attest to not have had this issue with any other products. Only JBL products.
I have 3 pairs (black, white and blue) earphones.. Of which all suffered and died of the same symptoms. And Headphones.. Those happened to also not work after a year. Due to the headphone jack.
I do not want to trash this brand. But I would be happy if I could get value for my money. Warranty won't even cover this issue, which is a technical fault that we as users do not dilebarately inflict. But we suffer in the hands of trusted brands.
I'm writing this because my second pair has stopped working on one side AGAIN. I'm just in shock as to how such a brand can disappoint me twice.
I am not happy. At all.

Bunu 2 ay önce aldım herşey çok güzel gidiyordu sabah taktım kulaklığımı sağ taraftaki kulaklıktan çok az ses geliyor bu 1 kere daha olmuştu düzelmişti ama bu sefer düzelmiyor yaklaşık 100 TL verdim düzelmesi için ne yapabilirim

Cheap and good quality

Have been using for 2 weeks. Good quality and suitable price. Microphone works fine.
