Very good sound quality but so small size it hurts my head&ears

bought them and right after first use, NOTHING... complete silence and money out the window never again jbl, thats for sure

Greatest sound

Im happy this headphones they great sound quality is very good the pure bass they talking about is there no lies there. JBL know what they were doing when creating this headphones .thing is they painkful on the hear during long time use . If you want to hear that pure bass use laptop or computer etc they require power smartphones are not that strong push their full capabilities
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear about what happened. here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Tune 500BT:
1. Please try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off.
2. Try pairing the headphones to a different source ex. (phone,tablet) for us to check if the headphones will have sound using a different device.
If steps 1-2 didn't work, you can also reset the headphones: Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster.

Good sound, short cord

For an inexpensive headphone these sound pretty balanced. Less impressed with the inline remote which does little since it cannot adjust volume. Personally, I could have used a bit more cable length too.
