Purchased for 12 year old twins last Christmas...and they're still going strong.
They have them on a lot, and the pads are still intact and not cracked or broken.
They both say the like them and are satisfied.

Bought this a long while ago and im glad i did. I like it, it's not perfect and i had to tune it myself to make it sound alright. I would give it 5 stars for the budget range, but there's one issue JBL will probably never fix: the headphones have white noise. This sucks and it makes me so sad

I bought a pair at the end of 2019 I believe, and I've been pretty happy with the product, although there are some shortcomings that I think should be noted.
First, they aren't super comfortable. They're kind of heavy, the clamping pressure is a little high, the headband doesn't have much padding, and the faux leather earcups are not very breathable. This results in my ears getting sweaty if I'm using them for extended periods of time, and they give me a mild headache if I wear them too long due to the clamping pressure, and this is enhanced by the fact that I wear glasses. The long-term comfort is the biggest issue I have with these. Also, the earpads wore out within like a year of having them and started coming apart, I think due to body oils. That's not very good, I hate using them now, but I'll touch on that later.
As far as the user experience, really great. They pair and unpair very easily, the passthrough options are great. The controls could be better - I'd rather have the part that's used for Google assistant to be used for play/pause or volume or passthrough. I don't use Google Assistant very much, I would at least like the option to reprogram it. That may not be feasible at this price point, but still something that would be much appreciated.
I do love the design of these headphones, they look great. And they sound pretty good with decent sound isolation. I'm not an audiophile, I'm sure there are better sounding headphones, and I know there are more comfortable headphones. But as far as I know, there aren't any other headphones at this price point like that.
Final point is support and user-serviceability. User-serviceability could be better, which is something frankly every consumer electronics company can improve on. Like I mentioned, my earpads wore out and started falling apart after a year or so. I wanted to replace them, but I can't find replacement earpads on JBL's official website, which kind of sucks. That almost got me to go to a third-party to buy replacement earpads, because I don't want to buy a new pair of headphones. Mine still work fine. But I decided instead to reach out to customer support to see if they would get me just the earpads. I figured it was a long shot, but I'd at least try. And to my surprise, JBL actually let me purchase replacement earpads through their customer support team, which is actually really cool. Most people probably wouldn't want to fix it themselves, but I'm glad I do have the option. The option should be more accessible, but at least the option is there. And the customer support members that helped me were very helpful and understanding, I had no issues with them.
Overall, I think for causal headphone users such as myself these are great for listening to music in between classes or watching TV or movies on my phone. They aren't the most comfortable for long cramming sessions if you're a student, and I wouldn't binge-watch an entire season of a show wearing them. But they look good, sound good, are easy to use, and JBL's customer service is pretty good. I think at this price point, these are a good value.

I love these headphones, though I do hate the touch sensitive Google Assistant button. The amount of accidental touches you will make while holding them, or laying down with them.
I also wish JBL used a USB C port instead of Micro USB since those are hard to find now.
Apart from that, these headphones offer far range, worked with anything I put it with, clearest sounds I've heard, big battery.
I've had this pair since 2021 and don't plan on replacing it until they break. The battery lasts for hours at a time

Affordable and easy to carry around with light weight.
Getting more for less cash. I gained alot...it is a win-win.

after like 1 year i cant hear on the right side when uts over 30 % charged and randomly comes back the sound was really great bul still have little problems if someone helps me that will be best

You may also try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When resetting, LED will blink faster. Please remove/ forget the headphones' name on your source device first before connecting again.
