nice sound, Pairing to Mac keep failing time after time.
unable to connect to Mac , So if you are a Mac owner, keep away from this headset

To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support.

Not loud enough

Bluedio is louder and cheaper. I feel like they set up the headphones to not be able to be turn up to the maximum volume in order to lengthen the length of the battery. So now I have to download an app in order to have the ability to turn my headphones to their maximum volume

Handsfree but does not work with windows.

I've been having problems using the headset in calls because all the audio glitches and hurt my ears from the sudden loud noises it makes and nothing will fix it.
even most of the time it just would not display any sounds.
It is not worth it to buy if you can find a product that will work on all devices rather than best for only mobiles and mac.

Problems with auxiliary cord

Meh

I bought these for meditation and relaxation. They are no means noise reducing. They have great bluetooth features but thats about it. Even the sound quality is so-so . I normally purchase worktunes brand and love but I go thru a pair every six months or so. So I thought I would try something new. I will not purchase another JBL

Great sound

I bought this headset to exercise. I filter out background noise. Sound quality is great and the fit is comfortable.
