Glitches like disconnect and volume loss

I got these for my daughter’s birthday. There have been occasional issues with disconnect and volume loss. Perhaps I need a new pair? How do I exchange?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has anybody solved the connection issues to a MacBook

Bluetooth connection issues to a MacBook are a bit harder to troubleshoot since Apple's security updates lately have been a bit more restrictive when it comes to non-Apple products. That said, try to pair your JBL headphones to another device and test if the same issues also happen on this device. If it only occurs on the MacBook. We highly recommend contacting Apple to either request assistance on how to reset the Bluetooth module or give your headphones more permissions to allow better connectivity.
