Worked for couple month

Worked couple of months. now won't turn on or charge. Loved it when it worked and bought it for a freind also

Please try to use a different cable to charge the headphones. Please check the LED indicator. If the unit was recently purchased from our website, please take advantage of our self-service options to file a claim using the link, otherwise, please reach out to the point of sale.
Even after fully charging the headphones would never turn on. None of the buttons work. Overall terrible experience.

Thanks for reaching out. Please do a forced power cycle. First, make sure that your product is not connected to a power supply or charger. Next, hold down the power button for 30 seconds. If this does not resolve the problem, Try using a different USB cable and a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. If these steps do not fix the problem, contact JBL Customer Support for further assistance.

Beautiful Sound, Perfect Fit, Great Vibes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first pair of JBL headphones I owned were the wireless bluetooth earbuds, and I fell in love with the sound. When you put them on, it feel likes you're in a world where its just you and the music. I had to part from my wireless earbuds, though because my lifelong eczema spread to my ears. I was devastated--music is my life and JBL truly has the best sound out there. So, when I found out that the JBL LIVE 500BT existed, I was ecstatic. I could have my beloved JBL sound without the pain of my eczema. When my new JBLs came in the mail, I was super excited to try them and see if they had the same wondrous sound as the others. And I have to say...the sound is better! I didn't even know it was possible! The headphones themselves feel like little clouds cupping around your ears, and I think they look really cute on too. Also, they have a really nice and easy bluetooth connection. They even have Alexa! I'm so happy that these exist, they're 100% my favorite headphones!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Sound Quality, very uncomfortable

The product overall is good. But it is so uncomfortable to use. So tight on ear even after using multiple times. I event kept it stretched overnight but it doesn't help. Apart from that everything is okay. Nice battery life.

Love the headphones

Got theses for Xmas the only problem I have is when you walk out to the kitchen it starts to break up, garage really break up, out side majorly break up. I can’t believe it’s that short of a distance before breaking up. Other then that there amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible - do not recommend

Both myself and a co-worker but these headphones to use with our desk top and only after a day the microphone wouldn't work and the feedback was a garbled robotic voice. Unable to use them. Do not purchase if planning on using with desktop.

I bought this hoping it would would work with my sons PlayStation. I will not connect I really wish we had a cord to at least plug in. I wouldn’t have spend that much if I had known
