Disappointed

I literally just got these thinking it would be better than my cowin, and since I already have jbl speakers which I love. This headset for me is a disappointment. Its not even loud, I got mine with a little rip. It keep malfunctioning meaning, the volume keeps going mad low for no reason and turning off. So complicated I just want to listen to my music and I need more volume!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent sound!!

Recently bought these for my son as a Christmas gift. He was thrilled with them. I slipped them on and was very surprised at the high quality of the sound, and total noise cancellation around me! Why would anyone pay such ridiculous prices for the competitor's product? Thanks, JBL for the high quality and the affordable price!

Left ear is blown 2 months in

I got a pair for Christmas and was a big fan until the left ear became muffled. My advice would be to just spend the extra on a reliable pair.

Left speaker stopped working after 2 weeks

I bought these less than a month ago and after using a few times the left speaker stopped working. Less than 1hr total use. Really disappointed in these as I am a long time JBL/Harmon Kardon fan. Will not purchase another bluetooth device from JBL.

This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. Please try to pair the headphones with a different device. We can also try to reset the headphones to factory settings. To do so, long-press the Volume + and Volume - buttons at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth isn't on and connected to any device. The LED will blink faster, indicating the reset is successful. Please forget JBL Tune 500BT on your Bluetooth settings before pairing again. Wire length

Good sound for price but unbelieveably short connection wire!!! Why? Did you guys on JBL think that everybody in the world uses notebooks?! My office computer is on the floor, so I have to buy additional cable. Very strange business decision. 1.5 m will be quite good, but you decide to save some money. I think you will not, because many people with classic computer cases will return headphones back to store after opening the case.

I GOT THIS FIRST I USED THIS TO MAKE A CALL WORKED PERFECTLY ... WHENI TURNED ON THE MUSIC I JUST STARTED HEARING NOISES AND DISTURBANCE .....I THOUGHT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY PHONE , AFTER USING IT FOR A WHOLE DAY WITH TWO OTHER PHONES I UNDERSTOOD MISTAKEIS WITH HEAD SET ... IT MIGHT BE DESIGN MISTAKE OR MY HEADSET IS A DEFAULT PIECE , BUT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ... I DONT RECOMMEND .... BATTERY LIFE IS EXECELLENT
