Android 9.0 pie

The app for this device is not working with the android 9.0. It installs and opens up but it doesn't recognize the device. The headphones are paired and work perfect with my phone as headphones and microphone. But the app doesn't see the headphones

My headphones won't turn on after 3 months!

Hi - I got my JBL this year however its no longer turning on. I've charged it for 2 hours+ but nothing. It DOES work when I connect it to my computer but thats about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great BT headphones

I got these headphones a couple weeks ago as I wanted some wireless headphones to use while my phone charges. I decided to give these a try and I’m pleasantly surprised! I’m usually not the biggest fan of on-ear headphones because they can be bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable, but these are perfect! Very lightweight, the ear pads are comfortable (but after a couple hours of usage my ears still hurt some) and they’re perfect to wear when I’m just sitting around or walking on campus. The sound quality is nice for the price point, so I don’t feel like I’ve forfeited anything there. The bass is crisp and clear. I was originally going to go with pink, but I got white instead since it matched my phone better and the color is very chic! O
I would recommend this to a friend!

Robotic sound when use hands free

I bought this product just for work (zoom calls) , I discovered that it has an Issue with Windows, once I switch to hands free to get the mic work, the sound will not work any more

Unfortunately, our JBL Tune 500BT doesn't support Zoom or other similar services. If the product/headphones support the Bluetooth Profile HSP, most likely Skype or other VOIP programs will work. Annoying white noise. Comes from headphones, not the playing device or record.
