Disappointed

After less than a year of light and careful use, this product no longer charges. The red light indicator shuts off after about 3 seconds when plugged in. I used the cable it came with and never over charged it. Wouldn't recommend due to it's unreliability.

Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. If you have other charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.). Same for the charger- if your product charges by USB, try a different USB charger. Be sure that it is rated at least 2.0a (2 amps) output. Try other electrical outlets at your location to be certain it is not a local wiring issue. Charge the product overnight for at least 8 hours. It doesn´t work.

I bought this item three weeks ago, I have tried to use it without success. Even after charging until the red LED was off, the white LED doesn´t go on after sliding the ON switch.

Thanks for reaching out. Please do a forced power cycle. Make sure that your product is not connected to a power supply or charger. Next, hold down the power button for 30 seconds. If this does not resolve the problem, try using a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. these are terrible the sound is not loud at all and the bass is laughable ive tried these wired and fully charged and its the same

Horrible

Delivery was delayed and no information was provided on arrival date, I had to wait until it was delivered without information. Worst issue was that when testing, microphone didn’t work - I had to return.

Better then Bose

Love Love Love these headphones! I have a pair of Bose and they don't compare to the comfort and quality that MY JBL headphones have. So much so that I've stopped using my BOSE and I'm only using my JBL. PRICE AND QUALITY!!!

Reliable product even over time

I have a pair of this model for 3 years now. After all this time I thought the quality of the sound or battery would go down, but it wasn't the case, impressive! I have bought again today,the same model I had, this model made a great impression on me and I would really recommend it. Clarity, bass, battery lifespan. All the needs are right here!
