Does what I need it to do

I needed a way to watch movies late at night without disturbing my neighbors. Th 500BT does that. The stereo effect is quite good. If the source material was well recorded it makes me feel that I am immersed in the action.

Decent headphones, Very uncomfortable

I was very disappointed by these. Sound quality was good, similar to other JBL (great midtones, weaker bass), but I was disappointed by a couple things. First thing I noticed is that the joints are made of plastic - not really what I expected from headphones over $100. Second, these HURT. They were way too tight even after adjusting them - and I have a pretty small face! I'm a small female so I did not expect any headphones to be too tight for me. The sides of the earpieces pressed into my jawbones and I would develop a blistering headache after wearing them for an hour or so. I ended up trading these in for the Everest headphones which I love. The extra $50 gets you higher quality material and way more comfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great sound

I love these headphones. This is my second pair first for me second for my wife. The sound is great and more true. I do not like headphones with overpowering bass as I am older and have high frequency hearing loss. The headphones are light and comfortable.

Great Sound!

I bought these headphones to listen to music during my hours of mowing. Ear buds made my ears sore and had to be adjusted continuously. These JBL headphones are perfect! They are very comfortable and sound great!

Bought these for my ten year old to be able to listen to audiobooks on her new kindle kids edition. They are easy to connect to her devices and the charge has lasted for about a week with her listening daily for at least 3 hours/day.
