Not impressed overall and faulty battery

I confirm the different flaws reported by the other customers: - the cable is too long so the earplugs regularly come off during exercise - the sound is not amazing and not loud enough - and most of all, after only 2 months of usage with no issues, the battery just died out of the blue. No matter how long you leave it charging, the white light will never turn off and the earphones won't switch on anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What happened to Harmon/JBL

These headphones have no bass. None! The horrible earphones that came with my iPhone are way better than these and the stock headphones don’t even stay in your ear. These are a joke at best or this pair was dead on arrival. What happened to this company. They had a good reputation. This does not represent that reputation at all.

Horrible build quality
