Sound quality is good but using the buttons and pairing is difficult if you are pairing with multiple machines

Thanks for reaching out. We recommend that you always have a clear line of sight between your headphones and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc). Try to shut down products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of the walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure to keep your Source device and the Headphones on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.

Been using it for a week or so and I love the design, materials, and functionality. Still getting used to talking on them on the phone but I haven't had any complaints yet. I even run with them and besides my ears getting a little sweaty (but at least they were warm), and a little bit of wind noise (if I used the 'listen through' feature) they're awesome.

I love the headphones themselves however I would have thought they came with a case. Makes me want to use them less because I don’t want to just put them in my bag and they break.
