I have multiple styles of JBL speakers & headphones and they have all lasted me years without fail! Love the fit, comfort, sound, and noise cancelling of these.
I did at first have some trouble getting the bluetooth connected to all my devices but was able to solve it by just resetting bluetooth connectivity settings and manually connecting a few times, now they connect automatically every time.

Glitches like disconnect and volume loss

I got these for my daughter’s birthday. There have been occasional issues with disconnect and volume loss. Perhaps I need a new pair? How do I exchange?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
