Blue led is constantly on

Great sound, great headphones, great price. But.... why is the blue light on all the time? I don't want that. I don't want to be a beacon when I walk down the street. Now I have to paint it black.

I have multiple styles of JBL speakers & headphones and they have all lasted me years without fail! Love the fit, comfort, sound, and noise cancelling of these. I did at first have some trouble getting the bluetooth connected to all my devices but was able to solve it by just resetting bluetooth connectivity settings and manually connecting a few times, now they connect automatically every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glitches like disconnect and volume loss

I got these for my daughter’s birthday. There have been occasional issues with disconnect and volume loss. Perhaps I need a new pair? How do I exchange?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the sound and functions. I got mine personalized and love how they turned out. They fit over my ears, which I needed. Very pleased with my purchase.
