I got these personalized which was a great feature but it was a waste of time. Everything about these headphones disappointment. Fitment is bad, sound quality is low, talk through is completely useless. I’m at a loss for words of how disappointed I am with these headphones. I don’t know if I’ll be buying any more JBL headphones but I do however like all their other products, real setback.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too expensive for them to only work for 3 weeks. Not work it at all.

Handsfree performance using Windows 10

Please make sure that the Bluetooth drivers on your computer are updated. If you're using a third-party app for conference calls, please check that you've selected Tune 500BT as the audio input and output device.

Pretty nice

Sound quality : pretty good, make some noises, the problem is problably me but I don’t really care enough since I barley hear the annoying sound
Most of options : pretty good
Comfort : since they’re smaller than my ear when I take them off it hurts but they’re pretty comfy so good
It’s the type of headphones where you don’t feel like anything is missing
I would recommend this to a friend!
