Very Confused

I am very happy with this product. I got it to connect to my phone and all but I have some issues. I was very careful on what I was doing and found that they are not connecting to my PC. (Dell, Windows 10) It does not seem to pick up the headphones. The phone can do it but the PC can't. Is there something wrong with them? My PC is okay with other bluetooth devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I litterly bought these today. I purchased due to my school work being online due to Covid 19. These are the worst headphones I have purchased first off not noise canceling. I have better noise canceling from the headphones that came with my cell phone. Now I charged these up for many hours. Didn't hold a charge. But when I tried them out with my laptop within 2 minutes of my video turtoring (not live) Litterly sounds like robots or slowed down completely. REconnection sounds fine then again 2 minutes in same thing. try again and still nothing. Do not waste your money on these. Worst ever nd will be returning tomorrow for a full refund. I will probably never purchase a product from this company again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yeah it is very amazing but i should now my battery level and smart things or jbl headphones appis not supporting this headphone tell me how i can learn my battery lewel

Sound volume is low! Did not meet my expectation!

My headphone keeps making this plastic cracking sound when I turn my head left and right. Button control is suck. Build quality is cheap plastic. Comfort level is good. No bass at all on stock sound profile. I have to download the app to put the bass boost mode on. Even with bass boost mode enable, I can still heard sound distortion on medium sound volume. Sound volume is low like I have to crank it up to 70% - 80% volume. Decent passive noise.cancellation. I am thinking of returning this unit for a refund. Did not meet my expectation especially the sound volume department. Save your money and get something that has good sound volume at 50% volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacks any volume

Very sad how pathetic the volume is. The fit is great but if you're using them in Bluetooth I've tried several devices and they don't get loud or even close to it, I have not tried them plugged in and wont. I don't understand it when you have a company that mainly makes speakers you should knock it out of the park every time. Every product with your name on it should be nothing short of excellent value for the money. Unless JBL offers me an exchange or something ill put them straight from the box brand new and put them in the garbage, they are that disappointing. I shouldn't have let them sit around before trying them since im past return window from my retailer.
