Robotic sound when use hands free

I bought this product just for work (zoom calls) , I discovered that it has an Issue with Windows, once I switch to hands free to get the mic work, the sound will not work any more

Unfortunately, our JBL Tune 500BT doesn't support Zoom or other similar services. If the product/headphones support the Bluetooth Profile HSP, most likely Skype or other VOIP programs will work. We can however never guarantee this. For more information, please review this support link article: https://bit.ly/2xHKO5a

Annoying white noise. Comes from headphones, not the playing device or record.

Connectivity problems

My headphones routinely disconnect from my computer for no reason. They also sometimes connect but play audio at a very low volume even when my volume is turned up to the max. To add to that, these headphones cannot be used while charging. Overall would not recommend

Decent sound. Poor connectivity

Recently bought a pair of these and they really have a nice sound for the money, the frame is good but can put a fair amount of pressure after a few hours of use. They are, indeed, pure bass experience, so best suited for that type of music, and if you want to listen to something that's not bass-dependent, you must play with the equalizer and cut the bass out completely.
The biggest problem I'm having is the connectivity. I can't connect them to any of the PCs, laptops and MacBooks (Win10/Big Sur 11.2.3), but the mobile connection is great, and they sound great. Even the mic is good for the phone calls but due to its placement, it picks up everything around you.

Thanks for reaching out. Make sure your device is turned on, is charged, and is in range of the PC you want to connect to. Then, try the following: Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Make sure your Bluetooth device is in range. If your Bluetooth device is unresponsive or sluggish, check to make sure it’s not too close to any other USB device that’s plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Unshielded USB devices can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth connections. If you need further assistance, contact JBL Customer Service.
