Awesome Add-Ons & Excellent Crisp Clear Sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently received these JBL LIVE500BT headphones and am completely amazed on how well they perform. The voice assistant is crystal clear and very simple to use, easy pairing and the music sound quality is out of this world. I have always been a JBL fan because of the technology, efforts and development they put in to their products. Keep up the awesome work. Your the best.

I got these headphones as a gift from a friend for Christmas, & let me tell you I’ve been using them every day since. Watching Netflix, listening to music while cleaning up the house, everything. They’re loud & you can hear every little sound clear as day. Best headphones I’ve owned, especially for the price, by far.

I bought these a few mounts ago and wear the every day they are comfy and cute the sound quality is good I feel like the sound has gotten better with time also they are not noise canceling but when I am in busy places I can hardly hear what is going around me also they have tons of bad I usually keep my volume on the frist notch not having to go up
Also got the pink pare and feel so cute with them on

I bought these at a very cheap retail price assuming they wouldn’t be too good quality, but they were really efficient, light, and simple. The battery last forever and it’s really great.

Some of the best headphones I've had!

Got these headphones about two weeks ago and love them so far. Bluetooth works very well with my phone but has trouble connecting to my Dell laptop. Amazing battery life and very user-friendly. Sound quality is amazing and they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Definitely worth the investment!

Can't use with Cisco Jabber and Windows 10. Sound is robotic, and read zillions of reviews and there is no clear soution. I mean, works OK with Youtube and with my iPhone but is not good for video calls and work, which is what I bought it for...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really bad if you are thinking to use with laptops

This does not work at all with laptops. We can't use inbuilt microphone and speakers together. They will sound like robot. JBL should clearly mention that these can't be used with any computer or laptops
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was for daughter as a gift. She loves it, I've used it and can tell you everything is good. Bass, sound etc.
