AMAZING!

These are absolutely amazing and so cheap! For adults and children. I am very satisfied and LOVE this product. My favorite feature is that the bluetooth does not cut out when you walk away from the phone/tablet. JBL never disappoints!

Greatest sound

Im happy this headphones they great sound quality is very good the pure bass they talking about is there no lies there. JBL know what they were doing when creating this headphones .thing is they painkful on the hear during long time use . If you want to hear that pure bass use laptop or computer etc they require power smartphones are not that strong push their full capabilities

Stuttering sound when using with Mac

Works fine with a phone but when paired with a laptop it's unusable. Sound stutters every 20-30 seconds when listening to musing or watching videos.
I've done hours of googling and troubleshooting - hard setting different bluetooth codec, making sure no application is using the built-in mic on the headset. Everything's fruitless, it is still SBC used. AptX isn't supported but AAC should

Cured my tinnitus

Received mine today as a Christmas gift. Used it immediately and was blown away by the bass! The best news however is that it cured my tinnitus!! Well done JBL...At 60 years of age I finally have found true love!

Does not work with Windows 10

I got this as a gift in 2019 and now I am working from home. I kept having problems with distortion when using the headphones on Zoom and Teams calls. After some investigation, this is a universal problem among JBL Bluetooth headphones on Windows 10. Do not buy if you want to use this as a headset with your pc.

Our JBL Tune 500BT is designed to work with any Bluetooth capable device. Please avoid places where there could be interference ex. Wi-Fi routers. Because Wi-Fi signal is stronger than Bluetooth.
