Great buy but mic stopped working after 6 months

I bought it from an airport store, worked fine until a week ago, the mic has stopped working in any devide. Can this be troubleshooted?

These JBL Tune500BT are really good Bluetooth headphones I have a pair and I think they are really good. They have really good sound quality. I recommend these.

i bought these about a month ago, and let me say it was well worth the pay. not t]only are they affordable,but they are also an amazing pair of headphones. they have great bess, and the battery life really lets you listen for a long time. i would for sure refer a friend to these.

Great sound quality and comfort for this price

I've bought this headphones a week ago and the firmware update helped a lot with the audio quality. I love the color (got the blue ones) and they are very comfortable either for casually listening to music as well as working from home. I love that they include a cable that also has a mic. The ambient aware and talk thru options are quite interesting.
The only reason I'm rating this 4 stars and not 5 is because they keep turning off, after every 20 minutes or so. I don't know why this keeps happening since they're almost fully charged.

Incompatible with Windows 10

Headphones are incompatible with Windows 10. Volume control does not work (full volume or nothing), using microphone results in heavily distorted robotic sound that is unintelligible and unbearable. Headphones also have very noticeable white noise and very strong wifi interference.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
