I needed a pair for working at home and also flying. These include a minijack so you can use them on the plane. Great sound and comfort. Also love the design and quality.

My earphones changed name

My headphone JBL 500BT suddenly changed its name to VA9625 and now isn't working properly. HELP PLS!

You may try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster. If the issue still persists, Please contact our customer support team for your region. See contact details below.

Great headphones!

They feel very sturdy and have a great noise canceling plus the ambient mode is very helpful. They connect easily with my apple devices. BUT the only thing is that they don’t come with a case I wish they did but oh well.
