I needed a pair for working at home and also flying. These include a minijack so you can use them on the plane. Great sound and comfort. Also love the design and quality.

My earphones changed name

You may try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. Great headphones!

They feel very sturdy and have a great noise canceling plus the ambient mode is very helpful. They connect easily with my apple devices. BUT the only thing is that they don’t come with a case I wish they did but oh well.
