Nice headphones, these are my first over the ear ones and I wanted them for when I go running. They sound great and stay on my head fine, only problem is the rattling in the right ear…it sound like it’s coming from inside the machine and is very annoying.

They are comfortable was kind of disappointed with sound quality was hoping for a little more bass and they don’t get that loud.

A little uncomfortable

Sounds is good for price. Feels durable. Directions on how to connect to multiple devices are confusing. It won't connect to either of my pc for some reason. Some quarks, but good for price.

Thanks for reaching out. We recommend that you always have a clear line of sight between your headphones and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc). Try to shut down products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of the walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure to keep your Source device and the Headphones on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.
