Downsized from 20 cu ft, but have plenty of space

Top Mounted Refrigerators in Bisque are hard to find in stock at this time. But, our local dealer had this 17.5 Cu. Ft unit available and we ordered this unit sight unseen; although I had done some research on the web. Installation was done the next week.. We actually wanted a 20 cubic ft refrigerator like our old one, but didn't want to wait for them to become available. However, even though this new GE unit is smaller, with the doors holding all our milk, creamers, water bottles, etc; this leaves the shelves available for everything else. Actually, this is a better use of available space than what we had previously. So we are pleasantly surprised at the space available. Might not be enough for a family of four, but with the 2 of us; this unit has met our expectations. One little downside, seems a bit noisier than our old unit; but it is not intrusive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this product. It’s sleek looking, goes with what’s on trend as well as a classic look that can sustain the ever-changing times. It’s perfect for my small condo yet provides a lot of space. I had the opportunity to purchase an ice maker kit which I absolutely love. Also it has a sliding drawer that you can move from one side to the other which comes in handy when you have a full refrigerator. You can’t go wrong with GE.

I recently purchased this because my old fridge died and I am very happy with it. I love the way it looks and it has plenty of room for everything. It seems very functional and I am enjoying it very much. I hope to get many years of use out of it.

The top freezer do not have light. Also made loud noise during defrost and water is in the component. Also it deform every thing in the freezer, all my food and water is every way
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do strive to meet the industry standard for sound level, but especially when the refrigerator is running something like defrost some sound is expected. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, so we can make any needed improvements.
Regarding anything in the freezer becoming deformed, we really hate to hear that's been an issue for you. If this is happening due to excess moisture or condensation forming, you may want to make sure that the door is sealing completely and there is no kink or gap in the gasket that is preventing a seal. You should also make sure there is proper clearance to the air supply and vents, which will reduce frost build-up.
