The space in this refrigerator is amazing.It was maybe an inch shorter with wise From my older one, Although this one has much more capacity. Due to the versatility with shelving It allows you to configure your refrigerator to its fullest ability. Now the looks! The stainless steel is beautiful.It really pops in my kitchen. Last but not least is extremely efficient.Keeps everything cool without having to run constantly.

Under ten year life span

This refrigerator was relatively new when I bought my condo. It has never been great- uneven cooling, but now has started making such a loud buzzing noise I had to unplug it and will need to replace it. Would not purchase another GE product.

While we understand the importance of an appliance operating for a long period of time, it is not possible to determine the product failure rate or lifespan. There are multiple variables involved such as frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance, care, and maintenance.
