A good replacement for our old 18 year old GE refrigerator. Lots of space inside. Good cold. Quiet. Elegant. GE is a reliable brand.

Nice Solid Fridge

This is a nice, solid basic fridge that I bought to replace my aging 17 year old model. It's slightly smaller in dimensions than my old fridge, but that's okay because I have a small kitchen, so it gives me a tad more room. The interior shelves are slightly smaller than my old model, but the door shelves are larger. Honestly I would have rather had more room in the interior than on the door, but that's just my preference. And it's a little louder when running, but nothing that's intolerable. The one thing I do not like about this fridge is the LED lighting inside; it gives the interior a slight blue-ish cast. And I like that it's made in the US.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When running this appliance is loader than our old one. I would not like it if it was in our kitchen. We have it as a second one in our garage.

Lousy design

The freezer fan began making a horrendous noise after 2 yrs. Of course the warranty period is over. Nice design life on the cheap plastic fan GE! Now I’ll have to pay to replace your poorly design and specced plastic fan. Uggh!

Yes, I like my new refrigerator. It took me some time to get used to it, as changes are hard for old people. But now I have become accustomed to it and the difference from my old appliance. The only bad thing is that it is not on rollers to move it, and it ruined my vinyl flooring.
