I've only had it running for a few days, but it is absolutely silent. I cannot hear the compressor running at all. It looks really nice too.

GREAT simple fridge

Our old refrigerator died on us. :( We weren't in a position to buy one like we originally had with the water dispenser and ice maker, or the side by side fridge was going to be around $200/$300 more. We went with this fridge and I actually like it! It is simple but I feel like you have a lot of room in the fridge part with the 3 shelves inside and there are 3 drawers. also lots of room on the door.

Roomy and quiet

I bought this to replace a very old refrigerator. The GE GTS18GTHWRWW fits the bill. It is much quieter (one feature that is much appreciated) and its roomy. I do not have a problem with soggy veggies. The unit has compartments for meat, butter, and enough to store tall containers. I look forward to enjoying this unit for years to come.

VERY SIMPLE NO BELLS OR WHISTLES,JUST PLUG IT IN. And i got it in white. the handles are easy to clean. and the unit will be easy to install a ice maker.
