The lighting inside is good, but the drawer blocks the view of the lower shelf. We had a GE fridge and decided to get a replacement as the old one was a bit noisy. The new one is much louder and is annoying. The drawer has rough edges on the side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased the refrigerator and seems to be good product! My last one lasted for 161/2 years. All my appliances are from ge and seem to be working good!
