Due to my galley size kitchen, I’m extremely limited on refrigerator size. Purchased another brand that when delivered, the only thing working was the light bulb. Was returned & purchased this one. This is NOT a stainless steel finish…not sure what it is but it’s horrible. Will only clean with soap & water & shows every fingerprint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi - Thank you for choosing this lovely GE refrigerator for your home. We are sorry to hear you're finding the refrigerator difficult to clean and are happy to share tips you may find helpful -- https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16574 -- This is in fact a stainless steel finish model and it will show fingerprints. You can minimize this somewhat by following the suggestions in the support document we provided above. We apologize if this has caused you any disappointment or inconvenience. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
Overall I’m very satisfied with this refrigerator. However, if you do not own another freezer, I would not recommend buying this model. The design of the freezer requires that you seat the shelf in a very low position in order to use the ice maker. The shelf sits only about two inches above the bottom of the freezer so you can’t put very much under the shelf and it’s hard to get things in and out of that space.
The refrigerator is working fine but the noise it makes is extremely loud. I would recommend it with reservations about the amount of noise when the motor turns on and runs for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there, we're glad to see the refrigerator is working well, but so sorry it's noisier than expected. We're always looking for ways to improve and we take our reviews very seriously. We're wishing you the best and we're glad to have you in our GEA family.
Had food in there for days...and it brand new! Ice cream is like water .. unbelievable... Expected more from GE

Hello- We are so sorry to hear you had these issues with your new refrigerator. This is not the ownership experience we want for you and would like to get a little more information from you. We appreciate your patience in waiting to hear from us. Thank you! Joyce@GEA
Like this one. It's smaller than my otger one but i seem to be able to fit just as much in fridge part. Love the large door shelves. Fits my gallon and half gallon pitchers without issue. Ice maker nice feature makes plenty for what we use.
While it's not GE's fault about the delivery, my crisper trays and shelf is already cracked after 3 months. Couldn't add the photos by it's broken in two places. Also food was freezing on the top shelf.
