hard to adjust temp control with only 1 setting for freezer and refrigerator. Also, the freezer shelf is non-adjustable

REFRIGERATOR SEEMS LOUD. WAITING TO HEAR FROM MY TENANTS AS TO WHETHER IT HAS QUIETED DOWN AFTER INSTALLATION/START UP TIME OF 2 HRS.
