for only losing 1 cubic foot compared to old 1,I do not like the layout @ all. Shelves on door are too deep. You cannot stand up a 12oz water bottle in freezer,& freezer gets louder & times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your refrigerator's shelf depth. If you would like, you should be able to remove the shelf inside of your top freezer. This way, you would be able to stand various things upright, like bottles of water for instance.

This is a great refrigerator, no frills because that was my plan, lots of room and no wasted space. I bought this one to replace the exact same model that came with the condo many years ago.

So far, the refrigerator is working well. It is on the slightly smaller side, with no bells and whistles. But it is efficient, seems to keep everything at the right temperature, and has a simple, slick design.
I would recommend this to a friend!
