Bought this for my mother's house to replace her 18 yr old unit. The features on this new one are identical to her older one she had. Plus it's super duper quiet. Her home is only 880 sq ft. So it had to be quiet at night while she sleeps. She loves it.

We replaced a 70 year old GE of my parents and needed a back up fridge for the basement. I look at a lot of product on line and this GE model fit our needs perfect. So far the size was just what we needed. Good runner, quiet and cools and freezes just right...

Stopped cooling after 7 months!

At first all seemed well. As time passed, I started noticing milk wasn't very cold. Started noticing a smell and realized god was spoiled. Freezer has build up of ice and lower fresh part is not cooling past 60 degrees. Not happy about this. I have never had trouble in other refrigerators. This is the first time I've had to buy new and can't believe this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
