Freezer iced Up and everything defrosted

Only three months old and everything in the freezer thawed. It was all iced up due to a malfunctioning defrost program. Had to wait two weeks for the repair person, now waiting for the part. Good thing this wasn’t our only refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same cubic feet as my prior GE refrigerator but seems to have more space. Have enjoyed it. Love the glass shelves and larger door storage space
