The refrigerator came damaged and I reported it but never was contacted about it and now the freezer is cracked inside. What am I to do?

I like the size and configuration of the refrigerator. The sliding "Deli" section was a nice surprise. I just hope this one lasts longer than my last one. Somebody make a refrigerator again with the coils on the back--my parents' one was purchased in 1980 and it's still going strong.

So far refrigerator is working but freezer unit so

I like the size and shelving is spacious. Have had this refrigerator for less than 24 hrs. and have noticed when you close the refrigerator door the freezer door opens from the pressure of the refrigerator door closing. May need to return.
